Han is so kind in how he communicates. He took my car in last minute when every other repair shop was closed January 2nd and had it fixed in about 3 hours. He charged me very little for the repair. He was quick, honest, and helpful…everything you would want in a mechanic.

Han and his staff are great mechanics his prices are great you can't ask for better pricing. My son bought a use Dodge 07 year and Han kept me continuously updated on the work status due to Covid-19 it was nearly impossible to get the parts it required but Han was able to get parts from out of state so a bit of delay but over all a great job my sons car run good. Han also serviced my older van which I keep for my two dogs and no problems till this day with his work. My other son takes his car to Han shop as while always receives great service my son is the one who took me and my other son to Hans shop and we wouldn't go any where else Han shop is the only place we trust with are vehicles. If you get voice mail Han calls you back with in minutes or if you text his he calls you back.

I can't thank Han enough for making us feel like we were in the best hands.  Even staff was the friendliest. We broke down off the Interstate and he was able to help us.  We were 2,000 miles from home. I got to San Jose from Sacramento; I noticed that my temperature gage was at the level H as I got to my hotel. I know it is fluid leaking from the right side of the radiator. It was coolant that was leaking that I noticed we made a decision to call different mechanic shops, but due to the holidays, a lot of shops where closed  during the weekend Lord behold there is a mechanic by the name of Han.

He was quick fast and reliable diagnose my car within minutes knew exactly what the issue was gave me a quote and said he would have a fixed within hours the level of service was exceptional less to say we made it home safe with no issues whatsoever.

I am definitely always taking my car here! It's so hard to find an Auto shop that is actually HONEST and doesn't over charge- esp for a female! Took my car here based on my boyfriend's experience with his other cars and I was glad I did. My car is old and a BMW so having issues with my car is almost normal at this point. I've taken my car to so many places and they would either not know or tell me it's something I know it's not then say a ridiculous amount to pay to "fix it". Han took in my car, ran a bunch of tests and when he came up blank, he ran even more tests instead of just giving up. He would tell me exactly what he did and what he suggests but then ask what I would like to do rather than push me- very much appreciate that!!

Everyone loves Han because he's so kind and honest and does a great job so his shop books up quick, so be patient when your car is in the shop. But I would suggest to call him rather than wait for a call since he's always so busy

The most honest mechanic in San Jose. Han is a good guy and won't upsell or rip you off. He's even taken 15 minutes of his busy day and helped me install a skid plate on my new subie with no questions asked.
